Oktoberfest at Whiteface
Come join us at Whiteface for a great time at the 16th Annual Whiteface Oktoberfest! We will be featuring authentic Bavarian music, dancing, food and beer, as well as complimentary rides and activities for both kids and adults, including some amazing craft vendors! In addition, there will be discounted rides on our Cloudsplitter Gondola that will take you to the majestic summit of Little Whiteface.
Once again due to popular demand we have invited America's Alpine Supergroup Die Schlauberger. This band is one of the most sought after bands of its kind and Whiteface Mountain is thrilled to have them perform at our 16th annual Oktoberfest. They are energetic with a powerful stage performance and they are always looking for audience participation with their “get involved” attitude. Headlining at some of the best festivals in the country, Die Schlauberger’s performances keep you involved, interested, and completely entertained. New for this year, our entertainment schedule includes the Schwarzenegger Connection and the United German Hungarian Schuhplatter Dancers! Returning for the third year, we will have Schachtelgebirger Musikanten (Scha-Musi) playing music Saturday and Sunday in the Cloudspin Lounge. Also returning will be the Gemuetlichen Enzianer Dancers. Children's rides, activities, pony rides and petting zoo will once again be slated for this years festival. Authentic German fare and a variety of beer at the beer garden will be a staple once again in this years festival.
It promises to be a great weekend of fun!!
