Whiteface Press Center

The press center will be located in the rear of the Food Court at Whiteface Mountain, 10 miles northeast of Lake Placid. We will have telephones, fax machine and high-speed internet access. Just bring your ethernet card or an appropriate cable to access our wireless system.

Olympic Jumping Complex Press Center

The press room is located on the second floor of the base lodge at the Olympic Jumping Complex. It is accessed from Rt. 73 in Lake Placid. Just pull into the parking lot and turn left. We will have telephones, fax machine and high-speed internet access. Please bring your ethernet card or an appropriate cable to access our wireless system.

The press center will be equipped with high-speed, wireless internet service. Just bring an Ethernet card or cable. We will also provide telephones, fax and copier.

There will be a television monitor that will allow journalists to see the race runs in the press center and the finish area.

Most importantly, the press room will be catered. We will serve hot and cold beverages all day. Lunch will be served each day of competition.

Media will be able to interview athletes in a mix zone upon conclusion of their final runs. The mix zone is located on the finish deck of the track. There will be a television monitor that will allow journalists to see the race runs in the press center and the finish area.

Upon the conclusion of each World Cup event, there will also be a press conference with the medal winners in the Olympic press center.
