The Josh Cramoy Band | www.joshcramoyband.com
The Josh Cramoy Band officially began in the summer of 2002, with brothers Josh and Jeremiah Cramoy playing as an acoustic duo. But the roots took hold years before as the brothers grew-up constantly singing along in the car and at home, particularly idolizing musicians such as Billy Joel, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and Buddy Holly, as well as Garth Brooks. And Josh has never voluntarily stopped singing since then. Originally from Connecticut, their family made the move to Lake Placid, New York in the summer of 2000. In 2004, Josh put together a full band for performances, adding another guitarist and a drummer. The band now includes Josh, Jeremiah, guitarist Mark Swetland of Lake Placid, NY, a graduate of Berklee School of Music in Boston, and drummer Pete Aven of Saratoga Springs, NY formerly with the nationally touring band Synergy.
Damaged Goods |
An evening of music with Damaged Goods has evolved ino an "All-Time Classic Rock Tribute Show". The group has the versatility, dexterity, experience, energy and abilities to perform the classic rock songs by musically bleding those legendary hits into their own expressions while paying homage to the creators. You may hear selections from The Doors, Cream, C.C.R., The Band, Jethro Tull, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Neil Young, and Moody Blues to name a few.
Whether it's the choice of 3 different lead vocalists, the tighter than tight vocal harmonies, the driving beats, smooth guitar solos, burning bass runs, or howling harp riffs, this is a band that will involve, move, impress, entertain, and totally stir your soul. Perhaps the most compelling aspect of this group is their dependence on the crowd to inspire them, making the show itself it's own energy shared by the band and those in the audiance.
