2007 FIS Continental Cup Ladies Ski Jump

The top women ski jumpers in the world – including the six-member U.S. Ski Team, led by local favorite and 12-time U.S. champion Lindsey Van (Park City, Utah) – will be in Lake Placid Aug. 28-29 for two days of Continental Cup jumping on the 90-meter hill at the Olympic Jumping Complex.
Competition starts at 2 pm daily with two rounds. Ski jump guests will be treated to a special, final curtain call for Wet and Wild Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 12 pm. Wet and Wild Wednesday finds freestyle skiers and riders taking the plunge into the 750,000 training pool adjacent to the ski jump hills. This entertaining show, the last Wet and Wild Wednesday until next summer, will serve as the warm-up for the second day of Continental Cup action.
